Swedish summer camps weigh risks of opening and closing

Following months of a liberal approach to social distancing, the Swedish government announced last month that summer camps are allowed to open this season under certain guidelines. Those tight restrictions, along with newly announced travel policies across Scandinavia, are leading summer camps to differing conclusions on whether or not to open for the season.
