Coronavirus poses new barrier to education for Syrian refugees in Lebanon

Lebanon is home to approximately 1.5 million Syrian refugees, almost half of whom are children. Many have been out of school for years or have never had a formal education, but with a global pandemic shutting everything down, access to education is now a lot harder. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Suha Tutunji, curriculum director of Jusoor Lebanon, which works with Syrian refugees.
