A tour guide in Fukushima, Japan, reflects on the ninth anniversary of the meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi plant, the worst nuclear accident since Chernobyl. Tour guide Karin Taira is the cofounder of Real Fukushima. She says she wants to clear up misconceptions about Fukushima and connect travelers with the human impacts of the disaster, ninth years later.
