TikTok, a Chinese-owned, short video app, is apologizing after it removed a video criticizing the Chinese government for its crackdown on ethic and religious minorities in the country's Xinjiang region. TikTok says the removal was because of a "human moderation error." But the user who posted it says it was because of censorship coming from China. The World's Lydia Emmanouilidou reports.
