A massive polio vaccine campaign launched this week in the Philippines, after two cases were identified last month. The country had been polio free for nearly two decades. Host Marco Werman talks with Heidi Larson of the London School of Tropical Medicine about how the polio vaccine itself was in part responsible for the resurgence.
