The Spanish Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the remains of the dictator Francisco Franco should be exhumed. The Socialist government wants to move the remains to a less controversial site. However, the family of the dictator, who ruled Spain until his death in 1975, have appealed against the exhumation. The BBC’s Allan Little reports.
