There’s a communication blackout and Kashmiris abroad haven’t been able to call loved ones to wish them a happy Eid al-Adha. Zakir Ayub Bhat is a student in New Dehli who started making Youtube videos about the lockdown and hasn’t been able to connect with family Kashmir. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with Ayub Bhat about the situation in the region.
