International investigators charged three Russians and a Ukrainian with murder today, in connection with the shooting down of Malayasian airlines Flight 17 over Ukraine in 2014. Family members of victims were briefed first. Among them was Silene Fredriksz, who lost her son Bryce on the plane. Host Carol Hills asks her for her reactions.
