Through a new European payment system called INSTEX, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France are trying to circumvent US sanctions on Iran to salvage what’s left of the nuclear deal with Tehran. But the US isn’t too happy. Host Carol Hills speaks with Ellie Geranmayeh who follows this issue for the European Council on Foreign Relations.
