Private group builds border wall, irks town

A private group built a stretch of border wall in New Mexico over the weekend. The federal government approved, but the local town of Sunland Park did not. A court has issued a cease-and-desist order. Host Marco Werman speaks with Angela Kocherga, border reporter for the Albuquerque Journal.
