 Trump will go to the Pentagon today to unveil a plan to expand the US missile defense program to include a network of sensors and interceptors that can shoot down incoming weapons from “rogue states.” Kingston Reif, of the Arms Control Association tells host Marco Werman why space-based interceptors are so controversial.
