If walls divide, rivers do, too. The Rio Grande marks part of the US border with Mexico. Now, move to South America and you’ll find the Rio Mira, a river that separates Colombia and Ecuador. It’s this area that’s influenced the band Rio Mira. Singer Karla Kanora comes from the Ecuadoran side.
