Judge Behind Ruling Linked to Russian Adoption Bill Speaks Out

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signaled he is likely to approve the Yakovlev bill.
That measure, which would ban adoption of Russian children by Americans, is named after a Russian toddler who died in the custody of his adoptive American father.
Judge Terrence Ney declared the father not guilty of manslaughter — a verdict that inflamed much of Russia’s public.
Judge Ney speaks with Host Lisa Mullins about that case and the new bill.
