Nicole Kidman pleaded with Tom Cruise not to leave her

Actress Nicole Kidman has revealed her shock and heartache when her husband of 10 years, Tom Cruise, announced he was leaving her.
"I thought our life together was perfect," Kidman told DuJour magazine.
The 45-year-old Australian star said she pleaded with Cruise to stay but he refused.
'It took me a very long time to heal. It was a shock to my system."
Not only was it a shock, but there was no explanation beyond “Nic knows why,” the article continues.
In the interview with the magazine, Kidman says her and Cruise lived "in a bubble, just the two of us" and when they split, it was very difficult.
Kidman married the Hollywood superstar in 1990 when she was just 23, and said she was "totally smitten" and "would have gone to the ends of the earth for him."
Since then she has matured greatly and says that since her marriage to country music singer, Keith Urban, and birth of her two daughters, she is the happiest she has ever been.
