Former Ivorian president Laurent Gbagbo has been detained in Abidjan and delivered to the headquarters of his elected successor Alassane Ouattara. He reportedly surrendered to Ouattara's forces after French tanks advanced on his residence. Anchor Marco Werman talks with the BBC's Mark Doyle in Abidjan.
