This week the Senate is expected to pass a bill to give the Food and Drug Administration the power to regulate tobacco products. The bill does not ban cigarettes, nor does it restrict sales to consenting adults; it largely concentrates on marketing. To talk us through the details of the bill, we turn The Takeaway’s Washington correspondent Todd Zwillich.
