Cartoonists from around the world respond to the Brussels attack

At least 31 people have been killed and many more have been injured after a series of attacks in Brussels Tuesday morning.

The attacks come only days after Salah Abdeslam — the main fugitive in the Paris attacks — was arrested by police.
