There's some incredible people-watching going on in Rio de Janeiro right now, and depending on the quality of soccer happening on the pitch, the World Cup fans are either the best or the second-best thing about the tournament. 

The fans of 2014 have not disappointed, costume-wise. We're not talking your run-of-the-mill crazy glasses and funny wig. We're not talking cute little flags painted on your face. We're talking next-level commitment to the footy cause.
