There's a new law in effect in China that punishes adults who don't visit their elderly parents. The law has come in for some ridicule, especially online. But Bonnie Tsui, a contributing writer for The Atlantic Cities tells anchor Aaron Schachter that the law is also in a sense encouraging some useful conversation about China's greying population.
