Calm down, Twinkies hoarders. The beloved yellow snack cakes are returning to stores in late July.

"We expect to be making and selling in July," Michael Cramer, executive vice president of Hostess Brands LLC, told NBC News today.

"Probably the later half of the month before the products hit the stores."

All the other Hostess goodies will also be back by August or September.

The brand was thought to have died in November when Hostess shut down all 36 of its plants following a labor dispute with unionized employees.

The dispute forced the company to sell off its assets, with the most famous Hostess Snacks — like Twinkies and Ho Hos — snapped up for $410 million by two hedge funds earlier this month.

Wonder Bread and other Hostess brands were bought by several other groups.

Now under new management, Hostess Brands LLC plans to start hiring this weekend to reopen its bakery in Columbus, Ga., one of the locations shut down in November.

But things may be a lot different this time around.

Hostess intends to cut ties with the unions that caused last year's labor dispute, the Wall Street Journal reported.

"We're sure not going to invite the unions in. We don't have to do it," Cramer told NBC News.

About 15,000 of the 19,000 workers formerly employed by Hostess were unionized.
