Dr. Norman Spack is an endocrinologist and founder of the Gender Management Service Program at the Boston Children’s Hospital, and Francie Mandel is Director of Mental Health Services. They are not just working to help transgender youth make this transition, but are also fighting the stereotypes that persist in society around transgender.
