Good grief! Charlie Brown voice actor jailed

Actor Peter Robbins, who provided the iconic voice for Charlie Brown in the original 1960s television movies, is in jail.

CNN reported Robbins is in San Diego County jail on charges he threatened four people with death, including a doctor and a police officer.

His bail was set at $550,000, CNN said. Robbins was arrested when he entered the US from Mexico.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said he is being held on four counts including stalking and making criminal threats, according to Reuters.

Reuters reported the actor was the voice of Charlie Brown on "Peanuts" including "A Charlie Brown Christmas," "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," and later started in "My Three Sons."
