Told to "stand just a little bit closer, a 24-year-old woman was gored by a rhino while posing for pictures with her boyfriend in a South African game park.
Chantal Beyer is in intensive care at the Krugersdorp Private Clinic, Beeld reported.

Beyer told her uncle, Thom Peeters, that the park's owner suggested she move closer to the animals while posing for pictures with her boyfriend, Sven Fouche, over the weekend.
Seconds later, one of the rhinos attacked her, its horn penetrating her chest and landing her in the hospital with a collapsed lung and broken ribs, News 24 reported.

She was with a group of nine people at the Aloe Ridge hotel and nature reserve in Muldersdrift when they spotted the rhinos.
Game park owner Alex Richter told them it was safe to get out and take pictures.
He declined to comment when approached by Beeld, getting in his car and driving away.
