Russian President Vladimir Putin has signaled he is likely to approve the Yakovlev bill. That measure, which would ban adoption of Russian children by Americans, is named after a Russian toddler who died in the custody of his adoptive American father. Judge Terrence Ney declared the father not guilty of manslaughter — a verdict that inflamed much of Russia's public. Judge Ney speaks with Host Lisa Mullins about that case and the new bill.
