George W Bush’ daughter, Jenna Bush Hager, pregnant with first baby
Jenna Bush, daughter of former US President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush, began working as a correspondent for NBC’s “Today” show in August 2009. Bush has had a variety of jobs, including teaching and writing.
The former President George W Bush can soon add "grandfather" to his title after reports his daughter, Jenna Bush Hager, is pregnant.
The "Today" show correspondent showed off her baby bump on the NBC show on Tuesday, The Daily Mail reported.
A source told the newspaper that Jenna and Henry, 34, together with both sets of in-laws, were "thrilled'" with the happy news.
Earlier this year, Jenna told of her father's enthusiasm to be a grandfather.
"I don't have any children. I just have a cat, to my parents' dismay.
"My dad saw my husband's boss at a conference, and he said to stop paying my husband until we produce children," she told People Magazine.
NBC New York reported Jenna's twin sister, Barbara, also lives in Manhattan, and no doubt will be on hand to help with babysitting duties.
The couple married in 2008 at the family's ranch in Texas, the New York Times reported.
