‘Cannibal cop’ wanted to eat ‘girl meat’ for Thanksgiving dinner

New York police officer Gilberto Valle — dubbed the "cannibal cop" – had discussed eating women for tomorrow's Thanksgiving dinner, prosecutors alleged.

The New York Daily News reported Valle, 28, who is charged with plotting to kidnap, torture, cook and eat at least 100 women, was allegedly caught discussing the bizarre feast with another person on an email chat.

In a transcript of the email conversation shown in a New York court yesterday, Valle wrote on February 6: “I’m planning on getting me some girl meat.”

The friend replied: “Really tell me more."

“It’s this November, for Thanksgiving. It’s a long way off but I’m getting the plan in motion now,” Valle continued.

“She’s not a volunteer. She has to be abducted. I know where she lives. I will grab her from her house.”

His lawyer said the emails, which were found on Valle's home computer, were fantasy and no women were harmed, CBS News reported.

But Judge Paul Gardephe said the behavior was "depraved and bizarre." He denied bail and set the trial for January 22.

Valle has pleaded not guilty.
