Back during a "Jersey Shore" taping in June at the Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grille, drunk castmember Deena Cortese stood on someone's table while they tried to eat, the Associated Press reported. But now, the bar may never get a free table dance from Deena ever again.
The bar got in trouble for continuing to serve her drinks, even drinks she didn't order, which is illegal, NBC New York reported.

New Jersey's Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control announced today that a settlement has barred Deena from entering the Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grille for two years, the AP reported. The restaurant is also ordered to pay a $15,000 fine for serving her.
“This settlement is a cautionary tale for licensees who might think ignoring the law for the sake of airtime is good for business,” Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control Director Michael Halfacre told New Jersey 101.5. “By turning a blind eye to the mayhem that can be associated with reality television, you are risking your livelihood. That is, without a doubt, bad for business.” Unless, of course, the television episode causes more people to come to the bar. Then it might not be so bad for business after all.
