Comedy power couple Will Arnett and Amy Poehler have decided to separate, their reps confirmed to Us Weekly. "It's very amicable," a source told Us.

The pair married on Aug. 29, 2003 and have two young children, 3-year-old Archie and 2-year-old Abel.

Arnett and Poehler are one of the funniest couples in Hollywood and have supported each other on a number of comedy films and TV shows.

They have both appeared in "Arrested Development," "Blades of Glory," "Horton Hears a Who!," "On Broadway," "Spring Breakdown" and "Monsters vs. Aliens." Today reports that Arnett also guest starred in an episode of Poehler's NBC smash comedy "Parks and Recreation" in 2010.

"People think we sit around and make each other laugh and stuff," Poehler told USA Today in 2007. "But we're real homebodies."

Both Poehler and Arnett are enjoying professional success even if their personal lives are struggling.

The 40-year-old Poehler first became famous on Saturday Night Live playing characters including Dakota Fanning, half of the Bronx Beat duo and co-hosting Weekend Update. She is now up for a best actress Emmy for her role on the NBC sitcom "Parks and Recreation", reports AP.

Arnett first stole the show as G.O.B Bluth on the critically acclaimed series "Arrested Development". Today reports that Arnett is also nominated in the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series category for his role as Devon Banks on NBC's "30 Rock."
