Speculation is growing that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will marry this weekend in an intimate ceremony with about 20 guests, including Hollywood hunk George Clooney.

According to media reports, preparations for a lavish party at the French home of the A-list couple have sparked rumours they are secretly preparing to finally tie the knot.

The Sun reported the Hollywood super couple are said to be throwing Brad’s parents, Bill and Jane, a 50th anniversary bash at Chateau Miraval, but locals apparently think the party is simply a front for their nuptials.

A source said: “Brad flew in to oversee preparations but they’re all here now. They say it’s for Jane and Bill, but some think this could be it. Even Angelina’s private jeweller is here.”

Jeweller Robert Procop, who made Angelina's $250,000 diamond and platinum engagement ring, is also thought to be in attendance, The Sun reported.

The couple, who have six children announced their engagement in April after meeting on the set of 'Mr and Mrs Smith' in 2005, when Brad was still married to first wife Jennifer Aniston, Entertainment Wise reported.
