Russia and China Veto UN Resolution on Syria
Syrian state TV has broadcast the first images of President Assad since an attack which left three defence officials dead.
Russia and China have vetoed a United Nations resolution on Syria for the third time.
It would have imposed more sanctions on the Syrian government, if it didn’t pull its troops out of populated areas.
