Anthony Davis trademarks his unibrow

Anthony Davis has got a lot on his mind. As the presumptive number 1 all around pick in Thursday's NBA draft, you'd think he'd be worried about where he will end up. But no, Davis is more worried about his forehead facial hair. 

The 19 year old former Kentucky Wildcat power forward applied to trademark the terms,  “Fear the Brow,” and “Raise the Brow,” according to CBS Sports.

According to Forbes, both terms were used extensively last season on shirts and signs made by fans. There are also several online shops selling merchandise using the phrases. The sale of goods baring the slogans would be restricted once Davis’ trademarks are approved.

NCAA rules restricted Davis from making money off his brow or any potential trademarks and merchandise while a freshman at Kentucky, USA Today reported. Now it appears he is ready to cash in.

Of his unique trait Davis told CNBC, “I don’t want anyone to try to grow a unibrow because of me and then try to make money off of it. Me and my family decided to trademark it because it’s very unique.”

Don't worry Davis, I will keep threading, plucking and waxing to ensure we do not have the same eyebrows. Ever.
