AIPAC meetings and protests

Activists from the Occupy movement were joined by anti-war protesters, outside the American Israel Public Affairs Committee meetings. The protesters fear the influential pro-Israel lobbying group will push for a war with Iran to prevent it from acquiring nuclear weapons. One of the slogans heard at the protest was, according to The Independent, was, “Money for jobs and education, not for war and occupation!”
