Sunday marked one year since the Tuscon, Arizona shooting where Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords suffered a gunshot wound to head. In total, thirteen people were injured and six other killed, including the shooter. At 10:11 a.m., when the shooting started, church bells and bells passed out to residents will ring out across Tucson.   Buzz Conover, senior political reporter at KUAT, Tucson's public radio outlet, has more on the community's reaction and Rep.
