Detroit Mayor Outlines Plan to Deal with City Crisis

Mayor of Detroit Dave Bing spoke to residents  last night about the state of their city, and the outlook was not good. He outlined his key strategies to try and get the city back on track including improving safety and transportation, and reforming jobs and pensions.
