President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet on the heels of the president’s address on the Middle East, in which he said a Palestinian state should be based on the 1967 borders. Israel’s government approved a plan to build more than 15,000 housing units on land around Jerusalem annexed after the 1967 war.
