Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with a rebel spokesman in the Libyan city of Misurata, who says shelling by pro-Gadaffi forces has dropped dramatically in the city center. But he adds that Gadaffi snipers remained positioned on the tops of major buildings and are targeting people entering local hospitals.
