Update: UN backs anti-Gaddafi action

For weeks, Libyan rebels have been calling for help against forces loyal to Moammar Gaddafi. Now, the United Nations Security Council responded. The council voted to adopt a resolution authorizing a no-fly zone over Libya. The resolution calls for "all necessary measures" to protect civilians against attacks by Gaddafi's forces.
