Perhaps you've heard this riddle before: "What is the creature that is on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon, and three legs at night?" The answer is "a man." Greek mythology has it that the riddle was posed by Sphinx to Oedipus. Arnold Weinstein talks about some of the books that he thinks speak to us at various stages in life and Takeaway books contributor Patrik Henry Bass is also here with his picks.
