The Dream Act could provide a pathway to legal residency for young immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children. The Act passed the House last week and is awaiting a vote in the Senate. A conservative community in Ohio is now supporting its passage as an 18-year-old community member awaits deportation to Guatemala, a country he hasn't seen since age three.
