Update] During our broadcast on Nov. 22, Lisa Mullins mistakenly cited 1941 as the year Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first human in outer space. The correct date is April 12, 1961. Our report also mistakenly said that cosmonaut Vladimir Komarov died in a crash over water. Komarov's spacecraft crashed on land in Orenburg Oblast. Thanks to our many listeners for pointing out these errors.
