British graffiti artist and political activistBanksyhas been venturing into more mixed and varied mediums lately, addingperformance artand evensculptureto his distinctiverepertoire. With his reputation for subversive social commentary, it was only a matter of time before Banksy addressed theworst oil spillin history.

His latest installation "Pier Pressure" is a reconditioned children's dolphin ride complete with oil barrel and tuna net in one of England's most popular seaside holiday destinations, Brighton.

One of the things I love so much about Banky's work is that by using a wall, bridge or pier as his canvas, he allows you to see the location with fresh eyes. Plus you never know where it'll pop up next.
