Today, Barack Obama became the third sitting U.S. President to win the Nobel Peace Prize. The Norwegian Nobel Committee praised Obama for �his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.� The announcement drew both warm praise and sharp criticism.
