President Obama’s budget blueprint

If you want a look at President Obama’s outline for the national budget, well get in line. The 140-page blueprint will be released to the press and the public mid-morning. For a preview, we are joined by Jay Newton-Small, a reporter for Time Magazine. Last week she joined us to talk about some of the over- arching themes in President Obama’s health care plan. This time she’s peering into her crystal ball to see how his health care plan and his projections for the budget actually match up.
