Our first story is on childhood obesity, which has become an issue for many countries. In Britain, it's an interesting dilemma as a new rule stipulates that donkey riders at the beacha frequent activity for many families at the British beachescannot weigh more than about 120 pounds. The rule applies to any rider, including kids. Story #2 is about a school in New Zealand which banned birthday cakes in class, responding to guidelines about overeating. This week, kids in Northern Ireland are getting to know two new children, a Northern Ireland version of Sesame Street that is, which plans to use Sesame Street to bridge divides between Catholics and Protestants. The show is called Sesame Tree in Northern Ireland.
