How do you bring music lovers back to live concerts when they have a multitude of technological choices available to them in the 21st century? Rose Hall for Jazz at Lincoln Center that tries to give an ephemeral medium a permanent home and Frank Gehry’s Disney Hall in downtown Los Angeles, where some complain the acoustics are too good.
