Progress Made at Marrakech Climate Talks

Representatives of nations around the world met in Morocco to put the finishing touches on the Kyoto climate treaty. President Bush calls the treaty “fatally flawed” and the U.S. has refused to participate. Still, Climate Change Convention officials believe the agreement will be ratified by next September.
