Bob Carty reports from southern Chile on disturbing developments in the largest population center to be regularly exposed to the Antarctic ozone hole. Some scientists believe that increased skin cancers and blindness in sheep, fish and rabbits may be early concrete signs of the effects of increased ultraviolet radiation reaching the earth.
