Giulia Afiune

Giulia Afiune is a Brazilian journalist who focuses on stories about human rights, urban issues and social movements. Interested in video and data journalism, she moved to Boston in 2015 to pursue a Masters in Media Innovation at Northeastern University.  She loves to travel to unexpected places, whether across the globe or across the city. She also likes to play Jazz and Samba tunes on the flute.
