Ann Lopez

DirectorAnn Lopez is the Director of "PRI's The World’s" Studio team. She works closely with the Assistant Director, the engineer and the host to craft the sound of the live broadcast. She ensures the smooth flow of the reports and interviews by meticulously keeping track of the time of each piece.Ann weaves all of the show’s elements together with music that reflects the tone of program. She is on an incessant search for musical interludes that will enhance the over all quality of the daily broadcast.Ann also produces interviews and reports that take a closer look at specific topics, such as politics, the condition of women in the world, music and food.
