Adam Wernick is a freelance writer for PRI.org. He is also a composer, music director and arranger.

He's best known for his theatrical collaborations at venues like The Guthrie Theater, The Shakespeare Theatre Company, Denver Center Theater Company, Manhattan Theater Club, The Kennedy Center, The Royal Shakespeare Company and others.

His commissioned concert works have been performed by The Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, The 21st Century Consort, Network for New Music, Orchestra 2001, and the American Composers Forum.

After living in Philadelphia for many years, Adam Wernick now lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters.
